UNI Insurance set out to shift perceptions in a category often seen as cold and complex. They wanted to show that insurance isn’t just about policies—it’s about people. VIVIFY was brought in to create a campaign that would spotlight their specialists and build trust through transparency, relatability, and warmth.

Objective
The goal was to humanize the insurance experience by putting real experts front and center. We needed to move beyond corporate messaging and showcase the individuals who bring knowledge, empathy, and care to every conversation—making insurance feel more approachable for everyday clients.



Solution
We launched a cross-platform campaign focused on storytelling. Through expert interviews, advice-driven content, videos, and community-facing visuals, we gave the UNI team a voice. Billboards, digital ads, and short-form video clips helped highlight their personalities and expertise—building emotional connections across key audiences.

The campaign helped UNI redefine the client experience—from transactional to personal. It built confidence in the brand, gave their team visibility, and created lasting connections between clients and the people supporting them.
