Boréal is a new apartment development in Dieppe that bridges modern living with natural serenity. VIVIFY was entrusted with developing a visual identity that captured this harmony—where city lights meet the beauty of nature. The brand needed to feel refined yet inviting, and reflect a sense of calm, light, and connection.
Objective
Our goal was to create a brand that would elevate the property’s appeal while supporting early leasing and community positioning. The identity needed to resonate with renters looking for a premium living experience that’s both connected to urban convenience and grounded in nature’s quiet elegance.

We designed a complete brand experience centered around the Boréal name—evoking northern light, tranquility, and modern sophistication. From logo design to tagline, typeface, and color palette, every element was crafted to reflect the duality of urban brightness and natural beauty. The result is a timeless and elevated brand that sets the tone for life at Boréal.
